The reception staff need to be taught that in Islam no arab is superior to the non-arab. This has to be the only 5 star hotel in the world with no omelet station for breakfast! The cleaning detergents had a strong camphor smell in the rooms. Restaurant staff were inefficient and not service driven or civil. In fairness after protestation my needs were seen to! In 6 months from my Hajj stay service declined.Pity

The staffs need to be trained & send to the hospitality courses from time to time:ranging from the reception counter way to the cleaning service department.the level of the bathroom cleanliness is really frustrating. With the publicity & so called international persona, being the non arabs, my wife & i expect daily english newspaper to be delivered to our room.regret, despite continuous request the papers only reached us like once in a blue moon.while for the tv channels - well, i feel that the management should consider more english-based channels, rather than watching some tv personalities, putting a lot of effort trying to speak english with some funny accent & more to it-the subjects cover were common. Nothing new at all. Varieties of international cuisines ought to be introduced to the guests, or otherwise, to be fair to the foreign guests, perhaps the management would want to advice the interested-to-be-guests on the daily menus;attached to the hotel's website/brochures.
