It was the first days of Ramadan. Hotel offers a shuttle to the holy mosque every hour. Zamzam water was available at iftar and suhoor meals. Hotel is clean, a bit old. I heard it will be closed after 7ajj season for renovation. Staff cooperative and friendly, but little bit slow. This hotel is a bargain in high seasons, it still charges 3-digit figures per night!

The hotel provide a shuttle to haram each hour but the it is very difficult to reach the haram by road especially in the last 10 days of ramadan. It takes almost 0ne hour to reach al haram by car. Other thing, from haram, the buses dont respect the scheduled time which imply that people should wait long time. The room are old but clean.

This hotel is filled with rude and irrogant employees, on top of terrible service. The breakfast was also horrible. It was limited to Arabic food with no variety.

A well managed hotel with focused and friendly Staff. However the hotel picture on the interment does not reflect the fantastic environment and homely rooms.
